We never heard and had damages to properties or cars in town.
San Gimignano is absolutely safe area for properties and people, however , it is understood to use normal common sense rules, such as not leaving valuable things in sight inside the car.
Pisa is about 70 minutes by car. Train from Poggibonsi station (10km) is available to Pisa. Check-out is 11:00. We accept cash. Hair dryer are provided

The closest parking is #3, about 300 meters to the hotel on a comfortable almost flat walk. However it is possible to drive to the hotel if you need, you have then to drive back to parking #3 and leave car for the night.
